I am a certified postpartum doula for families in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield Counties. I support and help families in their most special yet vulnerable and needed time of their lives. When requested, I am able to incorporate a holistic touch with reiki, essential oils for the mother and assist with baby wearing.

Meet Marina
Marina was born and raised in Brazil, she moved to New York where she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance. After working in banking for a number of years and having two kids of her own, she decided to pursue a new career path that is dear to her heart, which is supporting new mothers.
The calling to support new mothers started when Marina learned that a new local mom (friends in common) was having a hard time postpartum. Marina volunteered to come and care for the newborn. Six years later the calling got louder and she earned birth, postpartum, breastfeeding educator and pediatric sleep consultant certifications.
She is also a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and recently became certified in pediatric sleep consulting by Pediatric Sleep Academy. Marina will gently guide parents in helping their 4 months old to 4 years old sleep better.
Marina lives in northern Westchester County. She is available to provide postpartum support during the day and/or overnight shifts, including some last minute request.
Postpartum Support
Daytime: Minimum of 4 hours.
Overnight: Minimum of 8 hours.
